🌺 Sunny Tip: All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your package and items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached – just like when they left our sunny warehouse!

What Can Be Returned?

Most of our sunny collection can be returned, including:

  • Bottoms (skirts, shorts)
  • Cover Ups (kimonos, wraps)
  • Sundresses (all styles)
  • Tops (blouses, tees)

Non-Returnable Items

To keep our sunny vibes flowing, these items are final sale:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
  • Swimwear bottoms (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any item without its original tags

Our Sunny Returns Process

  1. Email Us Within 15 Days: Send your return request to [email protected] with your order number and items you wish to return (see template below!)
  2. Pack with Care: Once approved, pack your items in the original packaging (or similar) with all tags attached
  3. Ship It Back: Mail your return to:

  4. Sunny Refund: Once received and inspected (usually within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund

Exchange Policy

Want a different size or color? Here’s how we make exchanges sunny:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (additional shipping charges may apply)

Refund Sunshine

Once we receive and approve your return:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds process in 3-5 business days (plus your bank’s processing time)
  • Original Payment Method: Funds will return to how you paid – like sunshine returning each morning!
