• Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping (orders over $50): EMS, 15-25 business days after dispatch

3.2 International Orders

We ship worldwide except parts of Asia and remote areas. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties.

3.3 Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 30 days of shipment. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items (with original tags). Non-returnable items include:

• Final sale items
• Swimwear bottoms
• Items without original tags

Original shipping fees aren’t refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
